Revenue Officer - Onsite Position

Position Description

We are currently seeking a Revenue Officer to join our team. As the Revenue Officer, you will generate revenue for iFit by developing strategies that will maintain or improve the company’s financial health.

Our ideal candidate must know how to set specific financial targets, prepare strategic plans to help achieve these targets, make strategic budget decisions, and assess data to determine how we can improve profits and eliminate financial waste.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Revenue team to ensure they implement the tactics developed to achieve the company’s financial goals
  • Generate key stakeholder reports for executives, investors, and upper management
  • Prepare and maintain financial targets, projections, and forecasts
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Identify current and potential customers that offer additional profit opportunities, then develop action plans to obtain them
  • Observe and improve subscription business key metrics, such as LTV, Churn, Acquisition Costs, and ARPA

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in sales, management, or subscription business
  • Ability to process large amounts of information and pay attention to details
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to perform calculations, develop financial projections, analyze data, and make strategic, data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage and direct staff in order to achieve financial goals
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in health and fitness
